Products remain the property of the association Les Musicales until full payment of the price.
Article 4 — Payment
The association Les Musicales reserves the right to suspend any order processing and delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment.
The price is payable immediately on the date of the order.
Article 5 — Availability
To be valid, this e-ticket (electronic ticket) is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale you accepted at the time of purchase.
This e-ticket is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by the organizer. This e-ticket is personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Access to the event is subject to validation control of your e-ticket. This e-ticket is only valid for the precise venue, session, date, and time of the event.
After the event start time, access is no longer guaranteed and does not entitle you to any refund. We therefore recommend arriving before the event begins.
To be valid, this e-ticket must be printed on blank white A4 paper on both sides, without modifying the print format and in good quality.
Partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible e-tickets will be considered invalid and may be refused by the organizer.
Each e-ticket contains a barcode allowing access to the event for one person only. To be valid, this e-ticket must not have been the subject of a dispute or unpaid transaction on the bank card used to place the order; otherwise the barcode will be deactivated.
During entry checks, you must present a valid official photo ID. Following the check:
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, duplicate, or counterfeit this e-ticket in any manner whatsoever, under penalty of criminal prosecution. Likewise, any order placed using an illicit payment method to obtain an e-ticket will lead to criminal prosecution and invalidation of the e-ticket.
The purchaser remains responsible for the use of the e-tickets. In the event of loss, theft, or duplication of a valid e-ticket, only the first person presenting the e-ticket will be granted access to the event.
Acquiring this e-ticket implies, where applicable, acceptance of the internal regulations of the venue and/or the organizer.
In the event of cancellation or interruption of a performance in progress, less than 30 minutes after it begins, for technical, weather-related, or safety reasons, the association Les Musicales dans les Vignes will offer a rescheduled date, attendance at another concert organized by the association during the current or upcoming season, or a refund of the e-ticket (excluding additional expenses: transportation, accommodation, etc.), either by cheque or through a chargeback (recredit) to the bank card used.

Concerned with protecting your privacy, the association Les Musicales processes all information concerning you with the strictest confidentiality. When you make a purchase, we only request the essential information (name, surname, address, email) necessary for proper processing and careful follow-up of your order.
